Challenge Rules

The Challenge will start on the 4th of each month and the Design Team will provide inspiration both at the beginning and a reminder on the 15th with more inspiration. The challenge will close on the 25th of each month at 5pm. We will announce Winner and Top picks  the day before the next challenge starts.

1. All entries to be linked before 5pm, 25th of each month.

2. You can use any floral stamp or digital image, die cuts or stencil you like, but remember it needs to be the MAIN feature of the project.

3.  Please remember when adding flowers they must be flowers you have created; stamped; coloured if digital and printed. If you're not sure, please ask.

Handmade flowers are acceptable.
Stamped or diecut flowers are acceptable.
Digital flowers are acceptable as long as you have coloured them in some way yourself.
Stamped and embossed flowers are acceptable.
Floral pattern paper is acceptable but still needs something floral that you have coloured or made.
Vellum or acetate panels that have flowers imprinted are acceptable but you still need to add colour to it or a flower addition.

Please don't just use bought flowers.

4. When using digital images they must be line art that have been coloured by hand.

5. Please do a link back to your blog post and not your entire blog

6. Please don’t link to postings prior to the date of the challenge.

7. Add our Challenge theme cue card and our link to your blog post. Please ask if you need help adding it.

8. You may enter up to 5 times but each entry must be different, follow the theme of the challenge and new. Please no back linking.

9. You may enter up to 6 other challenges only.  If you don't have a blog feel free to use a Flickr Gallery, Instagram or other online gallery for your project, but if our design team members do not have an account at the online gallery you use, we may not be able to leave comments. Just copy the URL location of your card in your gallery and add it to the Linky. There is no need to add our cue card in this case, but please remember to mention us by name or tag us.

10. Please turn off Word Verification for ease of commenting on your blog

11. Also please respect copyright, do not use images that have been copied without the manufacturer or designer's consent. Any entries found to breach copyright will be deleted.
In the spirit of encouragement, it would be lovely if you would please comment on at least 3 other projects in the challenge.

12. Most important of all is make sure you have fun.

  9. Hi I'd love to enter your challenges but I don't know what a cue card is! Also I've never uploaded a photo to Flickr to share to a challenge. Would you mind if I took a photo and just upload it to your challenge to see if I can work it out? Obviously I will delete it when I've sussed it all out lol. Xx

  11. I’m trying to understand rule 9 which says you can enter up to 6 other challenges only? Does that mean if I participate in challenges on this site from January to June I won’t be able to participate for the rest of the year? Sorry I am a newbie to challenges and haven’t the faintest idea how they work but would love to participate!

    1. Hi Priyanka, no it means if you enter any of our challenges you can enter 6 others at the same time. This applies to each month you take part. So every month you can enter ours and 6 others. Hope that's clearer Viv x

    1. Hi PNagin, most are cards but we accept other projects as long as the main image are flowers.
