Welcome to The Flower Challenge! This is the challenge that celebrates cards using floral images.
Before we get to this month's challenge, we are sad to announce that this will be our last challenge. After 9 years of The Flower Challenge the December challenge will be our last. We want to thank all our design team members, past and present, and especially all our participants over the years. Finally, we thank Aileen Ryan for coming up with the idea and running the challenge in conjunction with Viv Hodge for the first 7 years. We will post the winners as usual on the 4th of January 2026. The challenge blog will remain open for floral inspiration. We will be back with our reminder post on the 15th.
Our challenge for this month is.....
This month we would like to see you 'Use Christmas Florals' on your card, as well as the usual FLOWERS, of course, too. Check out the fabulous cards made by the design team below.
- Use florals as the MAIN feature on your card.
- Only 6 other challenges allowed as well as our own.
- Bought flowers or ones just cut from patterned paper alone are NOT allowed.
- If in any doubt please do ask.

Such a gorgeous grand finale, my friends! It has been and honor and privilege being your teammate!

Oh! I am so sad to read this. The Flower Challenge is one of my favorites as I love making floral cards and have found so much inspiration from the cards by the DT. Thank you for 9 great years.
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry to lose this favorite challenge, but I sure understand it's a lot to manage. You've done it admirably over the years and the team is amazing. Thank you all!
ReplyDeleteThis is sad news, but understood that life has its challenges, ebbs and flows. The Design Team has gone out with a bang, as every one of those cards are absolutely exquisite! Thank you for all the inspiration I gleaned from your challenge, and bless each and every one who is or has served!
ReplyDeleteThank you to all of the design team members, past and present. There has always been an abundance of inspiration to be found here. Your challenge will be missed.
