The Flower Challenge #32 'Embossing (Heat/Dry)'.

Welcome to The Flower Challenge! This is the challenge that celebrates cards using floral images. Our challenge for May is .....

It would be great if you could add our cue card above when entering our challenge.

Of course most of all....have fun!

The winner will be announced in the usual manner, the day before the next challenge. 

We have a PRIZES to be won this time too...see below for more details !

This month we would like to see some embossing on your cards. It can either be heat embossing or dry embossing as our cue card suggests. If in doubt , as always see our DT's examples below for guidance.

Please don't forget to use your Florals as always and as the MAIN feature on your card.
Only SIX other challenges allowed as well as our own.PLEASE note this is one of our most frequent reasons for not choosing cards.
Also please take a few minutes to read our rules in the tab above as you may lose out on winning a prize this time too.

The Flower Challenge 'Picks for the Month of April 2019'

Now comes the hardest part of the Challenge. 

                           

    We decided we didn't want to use the Random Picker as it was felt

    that cards should be chosen for a number of reasons not 'luck of the draw'.

            When we look at the cards entered we are each drawn to different styles,

          techniques and designs. So all the design team have input, each has been

      asked to pick out three cards that stand out to them and why.

         The cards getting the most votes will then be posted on our Winners post

           and the other cards will be listed under Top Pick and Honourable Mention.

Welcome back to The Flower Challenge. It's the midway point in our current challenge and here is a reminder. This month we want you to use our 'sketch' as inspiration on your cards.

So for this challenge we want you to use this sketch as inspiration on your card. Feel free to flip or rotate the sketch when creating your card.But we would like to see the sketch recognizable on your cards. If in doubt as always see our DT's examples below.

We notice there are not as many entries this time, so if you are struggling with this sketch.
Can I just suggest you just take two spare pieces of card (left over from other projects,patterned, embossed or just plain) and then add three flowers....simples ;)

Just adding here that we were quite overwhelmed by the sheer amount of amazing cards we had entered last month....183 wow! It makes us so happy to see our blog becoming so popular with everyone. 

What makes us sad though is having to exclude certain cards for not following our simple rules. We had 14 cards who entered too many challenges, so PLEASE do check you are not linking more than 6 others as well as our own.

Wow!...so many entries this time...183 in fact. All fabulous too, so 
much talent and gorgeous cards it was almost impossible to choose
 winners this time.

 A few really did stand out to us all, although to be
honest any one of the cards entered could have been chosen as
  winners. Well done everyone ;)
