The Flower Challenge #53 Reminder

 Welcome back to The Flower Challenge. It's the midway point in our current challenge and here is a reminder. This month our theme for February is

It would be great if you could add our cue card above when entering our challenge. Of course most of all......have fun ! 

So this month we would like to see you use 'Your latest Stamps or Dies' on your card, as well as the usual FLOWERS of course too. If in any doubt, see what our Design Team has made below.

Please don't forget to use your Florals as always and as the MAIN feature on your card.

Only 6 other challenges allowed as well as our own.

Also please take a few minutes to read our rules in the tab above as you may lose out on winning a prize sometimes too. Bought flowers or ones just cut out from design paper only are NOT allowed. If in any doubt please do ask.

The Flower Challenge Winner and Picks for the Month of January 2021

  Now comes the hardest part of the Challenge. 

We decided we didn't want to use the Random Picker as it was felt

    that cards should be chosen for a number of reasons not
 'luck of the draw'.

     When we look at the cards entered we are each drawn to different styles,

     techniques and designs. So all the design team have input, each has been
 asked to pick out three cards that stand out to them and why.

    The cards getting the most votes will then be posted on our Winners post

      and the other cards will be listed under Top Pick and Honourable Mention.

It was a VERY difficult decision as usual picking our Winner and

 Showcase ! We  really struggled to narrow them down yet again.

 Anyway here are the ones we chose this time below, hope
 you agree with our choices ;)

So ...drum roll...here is who won!

The Winner for our January Challenge was

No #47 Cardsfromhelen

Great background embossing, CAS design and such sunny

 looking flowers. Also fabulous colour blending too.

The Top Pick chosen by the Design team was

Just stunning ! we all loved the amazing deep embossing

and the beautiful colours. The vellum strip is a delicate

addition too.

The Honourable Mentions for this month were

Great design here and the gold embossing is gorgeous.

Unusual mix of colours which works perfectly!

Almost an antique look to it too.

The bottom card was the entry here, although both are lovely.

Great colouring on the flower and subtle bokeh background 

 is fabulous too.
