The Flower Challenge #44 Reminder
Welcome
back to The Flower Challenge. It's the midway point in our current challenge and here is a reminder. This month our theme is
'Monochrome'.
It would be great if you could add our cue card above when entering our challenge. Of course most of all......have fun !
So this month we would like to see a 'Monochrome' look on your cards.This means either 'black and white' or varying tones of one colour. We are allowing a white card base also, so you could have.. say.... a white card base with shades of purple stamped flowers or dies on as an example.
If in any doubt see the cards made by the design team made below.

The Flower Challenge #44 Monochrome

to The Flower Challenge! This is the challenge that celebrates cards using floral images. Our challenge for May is .....
Of course most of all....have fun!
So this month we would like to see a 'Monochrome' look on your cards.This means either 'black and white' or varying tones of one colour. We are allowing a white card base & touches of white also, so you could have a white card base with say shades of purple stamped flowers or dies on as an example.

Talking about our Design Team, we are sad to say our talented team member Rachel Vass has made the difficult decision to step away from us. She now has her own business of course designing and selling her own range of amazing digital stamps, see RachelVassDesigns.
Rachel will be sorely missed of course but we all wish her well and hope she will pop back with the odd card in our gallery sometimes also. We won't be replacing her as I think we have enough DT members at the present time, just for your info.
Our showcase will be announced in the usual manner, the day before the next challenge.

The Flower Challenge Winner and Picks for the Month of April 2020
Now comes the hardest part of the Challenge.
We decided we didn't want to use the Random Picker as it was felt
that cards should be chosen for a number of reasons not
'luck of the draw'.

When we look at the cards entered we are each drawn to different styles,
techniques and designs. So all the design team have input, each has been
asked to pick out three cards that stand out to them and why.

The cards getting the most votes will then be posted on our Winners post
and the other cards will be listed under Top Pick and Honourable Mention.
We have a PRIZE to give away to our lucky winner this time too,

So this month we would like to see some reference to 'Spring or Autumn' on your cards. As we are a global Design Team and so many of our entries are world wide too it's most likely either Spring or Autumn where you are atm.
So you could choose Spring or Autumn flowers or just go with Spring or Autumn colours for example. Just make sure to use flowers as always of course...and remember they have to be the MAIN image too!

Just a quick mention of the 'C' word......no not Christmas but this horrid Coronavirus. It's such a worrying time for us all just now wherever you are in the world. All of the team wish you well and we hope you can find some solace in making your fabulous floral cards.
